COLOCATION SPACE

All cabinet locations feature direct access to the data distribution system to allow quickly deployable interconnections, and certainly meet specific requirements for physical security and power usage.

Cages and Suites – Private and shared cages are configured with cable distribution systems, dual AC and DC power distribution raceways. Private and shared suites are also available at select locations, providing a fully enclosed, customized area.

Cabinets – QDC configure cabinet and racking solutions that maximize power usage and heat dissipation. 

Cable management – ready future and rapid provisioning of bandwidth from a large choice of participating providers. connect to any other customer within the center, partners and providers in our cloud by  Coax, CAT5, Single-Mode Fiber, and Multi-Mode Fiber.

DATA CENTER ENVIRONMENT

Power

Our centers provide a N+1 redundancy for every power system, to maximize uptime availability.

Our infrastructure includes Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to prevent power  spikes, surges, and brownouts, and redundant backup diesel generators provide additional  runtime. Using proprietary automated telemetric systems, our Engineering Team can monitor all power system components on-site or remotely, to respond quickly to any situations.

Cooling

Each center includes a robust HVAC system to provide stable airflow, temperature and humidity, with minimum N+1 redundancy for all major equipment.

Earthquake & Flood Control

Structural systems meets  standard  seismic design forces and distribution load 1000 kilograms/m2.

QDC centers are built above sea level with no basements, no toilets and have the following flood control features:

• Moisture barriers on exterior walls
• Drainage/evacuation systems
• Moisture detection sensors

 Fire Detection and Suppression

 Key features of the fire detection and suppression system include:

• Multi-zoned, dry-pipe, double-interlock, pre-action fire suppression system
• FM 200 

Security

All areas of the center are monitored and recorded using CCTV, and all access points are controlled. QDC is staffed with 24-hour security officers. Visitors are screened upon entry to verify identity, and escorted to appropriate locations.

Access history is recorded for audit by customers.
